Q: It's been 5 business days and my parcel still hasn't arrived.

A: Most likely your package is due any day now, please contact us at cattus.toys@gmail.com and we can give you an arrival estimate, inform you of any known delays and open a communication channel to resolve your issue.

Q: Does my order have tracking?

A: At the moment we only offer tracking with Canadian Expedited orders. We use Canada Post as our primary shipping carrier. Tracking on US orders is a minimum of 20$ and it's been our experience no one is willing to pay this premium. We ship our packaged to US via Canada Small Packet Air mail. This is a reliable postal service and the package usually will arrive at it's destination within 7-10 business days. If you suspect your parcel has been lost in the post please contact us at icattus.toys@gmail.com

Customs and import taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. The Customer is responsible for paying these fees and should be willing to do so before purchasing.We are not responsible for delays due to customs.

Q: Can I mark my order as a gift to avoid paying customs/duties?

A: Unfortunately, no. All parcels being delivered outside Canada are required to have a detailed customs form filled out. This include the value of the goods, their weight and a brief description.

According to Canada Post, a gift is an item sent personally and must include a card or something else that indicates it is a gift. By law gifts do not include items sent by a business.

We do offer wholesale to small shops and boutiques (online or brick and mortar). For price list please email us at cattus.toys@gmail.com. In the email please tell us a little about your establishment, if you would like the price list in USD or CAD, and any other pertinent information.
